    FS-1116 MFP scaning problem

    Hello!
I have a problem scanning with the FS-1116 MFP. When I try to scan it says "error scan". I checked the cable, print and copy, no problem.

    What can I do please?

Let's start with the basics. What kind of scanning is this? SMB, FTP, email, TWAIN? TCP/IP or USB? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

fs-1116 is usb, no network, so this is stricly a software-problem.

It's USB 2.0. So Witch software? Windows or scaner software? Beacause I Uninstall and reinstall scaner software, but it's still the same error.

I have had other small units with this same issue and it was because of the one of the following.
Is it going through a USB hub? If so try connecting it direct.
Check to see if the USB port on the system it is connected to is USB 2.0 or higher if not try one that is 2.0.
