    KM-5035 print queue

Is there a way to see and possibly manage the print queue from the copier? I can only see current print job.

Print jobs are sent via network to the copier. The jobs are not at the computer anymore (they are not in the print spooler).

Try the Job Queue button above the display. It will not have a job log, as do the newer copiers, but will let you interrupt or cancel a job.

If printer is selected, the Job Queue button doesn't do anything. If copier is selected, the Job queue button brings up a screen that says the printer is printing a job, nothing else. I can cancel the current job, no problem. The problem is that we print a lot of documents at one time and it takes awhile to cancel all of them if we mess up.

Are you saying the newer models like the 5050 display all the print jobs?

the 3050 and above have a status button on the panel. I really like the new Taskalfa 520i. It has a faster processing speed

Yes, that's true, but it doesn't help your situation. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
