    km 2530

I'm using a polek test pattern which has two solid black squares on opposite sides and ends. when making copies 11x8.5 the square on the side closest to front side is solid and black however the square on side closest to the back side of copier has good solids on part and lighter solids that rotate. i've replaced the drum and transfer roller and the results are the same thinking about the m/c next. any thoughts???
    thanks!!!

Personally I'd lean towards developing. See if the developing cylinder is clean & shiny, and there is a nice even brush of toner on it. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You said the the quality issue was rotating, I assume you mean the the light streaks were in the lead to trail direction and not the the problem actually rotated on the page. If so, I concur with the other technicians, Try a new developing unit

PS. Get an actual Kyocera (Miss Mita) test chart, the back of that thing is a nice even tone of gray that is perfect for working on this type of issue.
