    Kyocera Mita Km-3530

On a KM-3530 does image flow usually result in light or dark copies? And what would be the best way to darken copies on this copier? Any help appreciated, thank you.

Not sure what you mean by image flow. If the machine ahs been sitting a long time like in a warehouse you will maybe want to run drum refresh on it. Also sim 130 which is the toner sensor which makes sure it has enough. Is it just a density issue?

If you're talking about developer density variation... the Falcon I is monocomponent. There won't be any variation because there is no developer, it's all toner.

I'd take a close look at the primary charge wire if you're getting quality variations. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Do you keep most of your equipment in a warehouse? Sell it instead. HA HA~!

what brand of toner are you using? oem kyocera or one of those generic katun ones. most kyocera toner cartridges have blue handles and usually those generic katuns have green handles.

Most light copies are due to bad transfer roller or broken bushing that hold T/C roller.

I have seen a lot of the T/C rollers with broken holders. Is this an issue or can you just leave them as is as long as they stay in the guides?

If the holder is broken the spring under holder will fall out, I would change holders.

That's what I figured as I remember with the Canons that had something similar the roller would always fly out causing all sorts of problems. Thanks for the response Sayen's
