falcon 2 to falcon 3 upgrade problem

upgraded from falcon 2 to falcon 3....
theres this CF card inserted in the falcon 2 to make us print these custom invoices. without the CD card, the invoices wont print the the way we like it.
inserted the CD card in the new machine(falcon 3) and the invoices wont come out right on the pages.

CF card has 7 folders in it...API, APL, CSH, Lang, PRE, TOOLS, WOK.
the PRE folder is the only one with files in it...File Types: Files.

    pls help!!!!!

Excellent observations. Was the first machine Off at the main power switch when you removed the CF card? Was the second machine Off when you inserted the CF card?

The Falcon II is older technology. Falcon III is Wysecore technology. Though the machines are mechanically very similar, electronically they are very different. The older PreScribe commands will most likely not be recognizable by the newer machine. You'll probably have to have that macro re-written for the newer technology machine. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I would be delighted to help you out if I could write these macros myself. =^..^

the driver is set to KPDL.

cant i just use the macros on the compact flash card from the old machine? and yes both machines were power unplugged when the CF card was removed.
also, does the CF card go in the blue cf port on the right side of the new machine or the cf port in the back of the machine on the main board after removing the rear cover?
