    task alfa 300ci

    my friends
    i have task alfa 300 CI it has problem ....
    the problem is:
    when print or copy b/w or color there is no black color i already change "k" developer and transfer belt and trasfer roller and the lastthing i update frimware but still the same ....by the way i change the drum "k" but.... any idea please

    The code I would expect to see is C7101. I'd take a look at the developing unit agitation drive. There is a bulletin about defective developing and cleaning drive motors.

    You can test Fuse IP1 on the developing drive motor. The new style motor part number is 302H793091. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Remove the charge roller from the Black Drum unit and see what you get. If you get a black print, then I'd look at the Laser Unit. If still nothing, then it may be a bias issue. I'd trace that to a board or connection.

            I have the same issue Taskalfa 300ci error C7101 it's refer to the developer K sensor could someone fix this issue.
