    Kyocera Mita KM-3530

Customer called up for misfeeding and when I looked and saw how the paper was misfeeding I noticed that exit rollers didnt seem to be turning at all times and the paper was stopping at them. When are these rollers supposed to turn and what would be the possible causes for them not turning? Any help appreciated, thank you.

It's really common for the press roller bearings to first squeal, then rust, then fall apart. If you pull the fuser, notice if a bunch of tiny little ball bearings are rolling around, and a pile of rust at the rear of the fuser.

It's kind of hard to miss the growling, grinding, squealing sounds emanating from the fuser. You can even feel the vibration through the upper left door. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The exit unit has a one-way gear,I've seen the gear slip and the bearings fall out, also there's a belt that may fall off
