Did you install OEM (original) toner? Also if you haven't already I would try a simple power reset along with opening the left side door and make sure it is all the way closed. If the side door is open there will be no transfer.

    Good luck

        rockista,
It's unlikely that the changing of a toner cartridge had anything to do with blank copies.

More likely, while you were in the machine you did something to the transfer charge roller or it's contacts. The way to confirm this is to emergency-stop the machine while the paper is passing the drum (open a door while the paper is passing the drum). If the latent image on the drum is properly developed, you can be certain that it is a transfer problem. The transfer roller may have been removed from the machine, and the rear contact spring may have fallen out. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Does the developer roller have toner across it?
