    CS-620 Touch Screen flickering

We got a report of the touch screen on a CS-620 flickering. Went out there and it was flickering at the top of the touchscreen where the darkest tabs are. If you turn up the contrasr with the knob so that the image darkens a bit, it stops. Since then, we have seen 2 others do this. Is this a problem, or do they all do it? Can anyone check some and let me know, please? Thank you.

I checked one of ours and didn't see the issue you described.
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

It's got to be the fluorescent backlight or the inverter that drives it. There aren't many other possibilities. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

We've had many issues with the wire harness located in the top left cover. They look OK, unplug and reseat connectors. Also loosen up the harness, because they are real tight.
