First post, and you already want to reset main counters?
You'll get a great reputation that way.

If you haven't figured this out yet, it's unethical and illegal to reset total counters. That's why the manufacturers make it very difficult for unethical dealers to surreptitiously lower the counts on the used machines they sell.

I won't be purchasing any used machines from your dealership. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Seriously, why do you guys get so upset when some moron asks for counter reset procedures or manuals? Is it that hard to just simply ignore a post? Especially you, Blackcat. You're a smart guy, but I always seem to see you getting sucked into battling with these jerkoffs. Is it just some kind of weakness you have? Don't get me wrong, you seem like a good dude. It just kind of mystifies me how someone like you gets sucked down to these other guys' level. No worries, though. I'm still a fan of yours, dude...

I don't know. I've just been listening for the same stupid questions for too long, I guess. Doesn't anybody want to fix anything anymore? Or is it all resetting counters, cheating CRUM chips, and trying to save a few cents on a maintenance part?

You don't know how much restraint was required to leave aab1 unanswered. =^..^=

Yeah, I can see how it might be fun to rip into the occasional douchebag, but from what I see it never has the desired effect. It only seems to encourage them to post more nonsense. We gotta figure out how to punch somebody in the face over the internet. Maybe some kind of brainwave manipulation through a monitor. lol.

I agree with you blackcat. I've been in the trade for 23 years and with a clean concious can say, i have never changed a counter, even the old mechanical ones. Never saw the use for it. Was told before to do it but i flat out refused.
