There's a tech bulletin for the ADF sep pad. Not sure if that's it or not. I've not been too impressed with these little turds so far. I think we've sold 4 or 5. I've had to replace the fusing unit in one due to a C6000 after 50 pages. We have a laser unit coming for one that gave a C4204 Yellow laser error out of the box. -
Thank god we only sold 1 of those. Another gem !!! Good luck.Comment

Re: Kyocera FS-C2126MFP
We have found two machines FS-C2126MFP with the cassette lift gear (machine side not on the cassette) with broken teeth causing intermittent jams. Have yet to figure out how to get that assy out of the machine and no parts listed for that assy either.Comment

Called Kyocera service and they said the error code meant "laser output error yellow" and suggested that it may be a problem with the logic board but could not confirm without sending out a tech.
I removed and re-inserted the yellow toner cartridge and restarted the printer. Bingo, error was cleared for now and printer works. Fingers crossed that fixed it for the moment.Comment
