it finally started up, i had to let the machine warm up a bit, put the toners in one at a time, it was only the magenta that was wrong and i still dont know why it was wrong to about 20 tries to get it to work right... not looking good having an issue with the very first one we got right out of the box.

Did you slide the unlock for the toner cartridges ? We haven't had great luck so far. Replaced a fusing unit in one & a laser unit in another.
      Hope that helps !

the only issues we have had with them so far have been user errors... keeping our fingers crossed though!

There is a bulletin #2 on the KDA connect site. Get there by products > legacy >to model (FS c2126)> all ( on the right side menu) > #2 bulletin

Basically there is a cam on the toner cart that has to be in correct position or it won't enter and you will get a message (toner installed incorrectly)

As long as you slide the toner release when you first unbox it, you should be good. I set up a bunch and did have one that fought me. It seems that if I drop the right side in just a hair sooner than the left and once its in place, give a little push on the left side, they snap right in.

Taking them out? Well, you're on your own there, they all fight me coming back out.

Once they're running, they seem to run well. You really want a good customer with these. They will not tolerate man handling of the covers and stuff during a jam removal.
