Have an Issue on a KM3050

I am getting an error Message C7410. Once I turn on the machine it stays on the Please wait Screen for a minute or so, then it goes into a ready state. After that is show me a Error Code C7410. I reformated the HHD and flash the firmware with no luck. Any ideas??

Reformatting the HDD probably won't help much in this situation. C7410 is a fault with the CRUM chip on the drum unit. Most of the time you'll see this code when there is no drum unit installed. If there is a drum unit and it is plugged in, then you'll have to replace the drum unit. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

had the same issue, when replaced service kit from 5050 instead of original 3050, just put back old chip on the drum unit and all gone.
