km 2550 registration moving

Hi all just wondering if anybody has seen a problem with the km2550 registration moving from the glass and the adf. So far I have cleaned the reg roller and adjusted the copy registration in service mode with no joy. I havent seen this problem on this model machine before. Has anybody got any info to try.

the registration powered by motor, no clutch

so that the actuator of the regist switch have not the spring or switch is bad
