[Error Code] c180 on km 3060

I Have a km-3060 that just started displaying error code c-180 which means damage of data on EEPROM,the engine board and main board was replaced with new EEPROM on the board but another error of cf032 came up,so the firmware was upgraded and the error code changed back to initial error c180,pls can someone tell what next to do and what can be the cause of damage on the EEPROM MEMORY ?????????????????

The C180 is a serial number mismatch. The main PWB and the Engine PWB have recorded different serial numbers. My guess is that someone swapped one of those boards, but didn't retain the EEPROM from the original machine.

Or someone is trying to get the machine to display a lower total count, and swapped a PWB or EEPROM.

Regardless, the answer is to find the original EEPROM and install it. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The EEPROMs are pre-programmed with the machines serial number. Please contact Kyocera. =^..^=

Blackcat is right C180 is a serial number mismatch.
but you canTry with U004 Displaying the machine number.
U004 then under The tuch panel you can see [EXECUTE]
Press [EXECUTE] on the touch panel.
          Press the start key.
Turn the main power switch off and on.
I got same problem with KM3060 reset by U004 [EXECUTE]

if it is not work contact Kyocera.
