    Taskalfa 300ci

I have a Taskalfa 300ci with error code C2700 color release motor, so my question is.....is there another fix other than replacing the transfer belt. I have already had the belt out but i can't see a problem there and the motor spins during the u30 test. Any ideas ??

That does work, by the way. I've done a couple. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for reminding me. I've been meaning to part out the next transfer unit that reached it's PM. The belt didn't make it, but the release motor was functioning properly. =^..^=
