Trying to access the Command Center. Opened IE and input the board's IP...heres the problem 2 years ago we changed the command center login password and cant remember.
Simulation 20, 21, 22, 24...which one of those clears the command center password back to factory default? we dont care if we lose everything in the address book, scan to smb/email settings or username lists.

Use U917 to backup and restore the address book and others, and print out the Network Status page to get the other settings (like smtp). If you do U021, don't forget the maintenance report so you can put the lead edge timings, margins, etc. back in.

I've never had to reset that password, so I can't recommend anything.

Try sending the following PRESCRIBE commands to the printer:

!R! ACNT "REST";EXIT;

If that doesn't work, try this:

!R! EGRE; EXIT;

This one resets the engine board and is supposed to reset all passwords.
