I believe that I left my brain at home today.

I've done dozens of PMs on the VoyagerE series. I could do it in my sleep. Maybe I was.

Three hours later the CS-C4035E machine is clean and all the parts are installed. Power up, then C7414. Hmmmm ... yellow drum unit.

Just for kicks I try a U906 partial reset. Now it's C6030. Hmmm ... fuser.

U163 fuser reset. Now C6030. WTF!

Now why would I be getting fuser and yellow drum codes of a sudden, right after installing all new parts from the maintenance kit? The MK-825A ... oh crap. It's supposed to be MK-826A.

What's different? The drums, and the fuser. They look identical, but are not. And even the kit box is identical, all except for that little checkmark in front of the MK-825A. Doh!

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
