Fourth callback. Last call I was absolutely certain it was coming from the JS720, but upon disassembly I couldn't find anything.
This time I noticed that 3 out of 4 of the gray rollers at the bottom of the job separator had broken loose from the shaft and had walked to the side, rubbing on the upper guide of the exit assembly. Note: Observe the gray dust from the side of the gray roller being shaved.
I reinstalled the JS720, re-positioned the gray rollers to the center of the notches and marked the shaft. Then removed the job separator and superglued the rollers to the shaft.
I'm hoping this might even help out with those annoying J91 and J95 jams in the DF780 finisher. =^..^=
