    Doc Box & Job accounting.

Had encounter this scenario but never had the chance to verify.

Job accounting is turned on, user sent files to doc box from PC, then go to machine to print.

Does this print job get tracked twice? I cant recalled if the Doc Box menu is locked at the machine when Job Accnting is turned on.

It doesn't get counted until it actually prints.
At least on the VoyagerE and Harrier series the eMPS menu is fully accessible with Job Accounting ON. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

That is correct, it does not get counted until it prints, Job Accounting and the Doc box are around the same area on the print driver, but they are managed a bit different, if you are just using Job Accounting, it will either let you print or not, unless you are selecting Private Job or something similar, they it will go to the Doc Box and Technically you can retrieve it from there (and I say technically, because I have a client that has not been able to get it to work (out of Crystal Reports anyways))
