km5050 eject section jams

Hi anybody had problem with paper jams as the paper enters the eject section just above the fuser. I have just had this problem on two differant machines. It works ok on A4r but jams on A4. It looks like it is catching on something but i have removed the eject unit stripped n cleaned it. I might be missing something just wondering if anybody has had this problem.

Do you have a job seperator installed? If you do, check the branch soleniod in maint mode and see if it is responding at all...
