hi ! i have problem with this new machine show F000 intermitent and system error after that shown c0640. i had done sim 917 and reformatt HDD. But the error code F000 still appear and c0640 not shown . Anyinput are welcome .THANks.

try to update frimware first if it's ok that's fine if not change the DIMM and upgrade the frimware again

Only going back to version 7.0 of the firmware. You'd have to upgrade 7 or 8 times to get to current firmware. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
