    [CQ] KM 4850W

    Hai,
in KM 4850W we are facing a crucial problem. both print and copy , straight lines are printed ok. but if it is a curve, circle or any other line , it is printing zigzag, means not the correct one.
we changed the IPH pcb also. but no improvement. machine was heavily used but still working good. pls help us to solve the problem.

I think you will find it is the drum flange on one side has worn and is wearing the drum unevenly which is causing the issue.
There is a bulletin regarding this issue and you need to replace the drum flanges and replace the drum.

                Hi Maya,

Good to hear you fixed it. If you have replaced the Drum you will need to still replace the Drum Flanges as you have just fixed the symtom not the problem.
                Please see attached bulletin.
                Thanks
