    [CQ] km 3850 light image

    km 3850, 3 yearfs old, drum and developing roller recently replaced for the same problem,

    copy will light only in center area . before replacing the developing roller, i cleaned it , some kind of toner coating like shining found above the roller . after cleaning, it was working ok( not 100% ok) better than before. but again same problem started, then only i replaced drum and developing roller.
    2 months after same problem started . we have three KM 3850 machine in same place. i inter changed the drum, dev units... nothing helped me.... infact other machines also having same problem,

    any suggestions please....

      You must have about the only Kyocera Mita FS-3850 ever sold.

      I found hundreds of references to Epson Stylus 3850, Kip 3850, Toshiba BD-3850, Sharp FO-3850, and Ricoh Aficio AP3850.
      I couldn't even find a sales brochure. =^..^=

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
