    Taskalfa 300ci cassette 1 error

One of our machine suddenly gave an error massage" cannot print from cassette 1 due error" I cannot find this message in the operation manual neither in the services manual.
In the services log i cannot find an error related this problem.

I remove the paper cassette and found a paper between the rollers futher I insert the cassette 1 but still the error appear. I turn the machine off and on still the error messages.

    Any Idea?

      SIM 906 = Reset Disable Function (969 doesn't exist).

When a jammed paper is blocking the lift mechanism, this error can occur.

RELAX man, slip of hand on keyboard. You're correct 969 do not exist - so no harm done!

I know it's a slip of hand on your keyboard, did not mean to be rude.

Most likely you've got a C1010 lift motor error stored on the error log. Sometimes the customer just loads the paper wrong. Sometimes the plastic shaft of the lift motor twist, binding the spring loaded coupler. Sometimes a shorted lift motor toasts the drive circuit on the engine PWB.

In any case, the first step is to clear the error in U906.
If it's the last one, replace the lift motor & engine PWB as a set. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

print event log then check for error code c1010 or c1020 then rum u906 then check the cst if working or not ...if not check the female connector for cst i think there's an paper dust inside this connector if no paper dust remove cst and check manually if the motor moving slowly open the back side cover and check motor lift connector if there's 24v but it's should going to 0V after 15 secs if not going to 0V ...sorry you have problem in your engine PWB
