faxes stuck

went to account this morning and turned ecm and v.34 off. Had the numbers that were errors fax over. So far so good, left there at 11:45 it's about to be 3:00 and no call backs. These people recieve faxes all day so if no phone call by the ending of today success!!!!!!

try 2 wire fax cable

try a 2 wire fax cable, the 4 wire will cause this issue intermittenly

working on a fs-3140. Unit prints and copies with no issues. Problem is with fax. Faxes come thru at certain times and sometimes the faxes stay stuck in memory and will not print out. The memory button flashes and stays flashing. Any ideas would be appreciated.

it has a 2 wire fax cable. the problem was resolved with the shutting off of ecm and the v.34.
