a customer's new FS-C2126 is constantly displaying adding toner after 5 or more text and graphic prints and today the machine displayed a C7001 error code (black toner motor error)The machine has only 1 month by the customer and as expected is very PISSED. Can it really b the toner motor. that might explain the adding toner message?

I don't have any of these machines in the field, but I think that it's more likely that the toner feed is just not keeping up with the usage on heavy fill docs. I would probably look for a toner feed rate adjustment. Just my two cents. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
