    [Misc] CS-8030 Imaging problem

I am working on this machine. It is having a problem copying to NCR paper. It is leaving small blocks on the copy. I have tried to do a drum refresh. I have cleaned the glass for the scan. I have changed the main charging grid. If you copy to regular paper it prints fine. I have tried to adjust the paper type to thick and to recycled, that did not work. I have tried to adjust the lightness and darkness and that did not work. Would the humidity have anything to do with this or is it just the paper type. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted so it removes the little squares all over the paper?

    Thanks,

    Kirk

My first reaction is: Who said you could print NCR paper on a Harrier?

Just out of curiousity, can you post a sample? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
