    [Jamming] A4 size paper gets stuck during duplex mode in KM 4035

    Scenario:
    -single side A4 is working
    -A4R is working in duplex mode but A4 is not working in duplex mode resulting paper jamming in duplex section and paper is not reaching upto duplex sensor.

      sounds like a setting or timeing issue or a path obstruction issue in the duplex since the narrower paper is going through but not the wider.

          Problem is now resolved :
          the one way motor bearing was misfiring and changing the motor bearing solved it.

              What jam codes were you getting? =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
