I Have a 250ci, that when going into power, the only way to get the ops panel to come back, is to switch the machine off and then on again, it's not the power save button, as you can manually power it off. Any Ideas?

Re: 250ci Ops Panel Problem
Of course, re-load your firmware if you haven't already. Is there a backlight, with a blank screen? Do you have any lights on the display, or is everything dark?I must have a prodigious quantity of mind; it takes me as much as a week sometimes to make it up - Mark Twain -
Re: 250ci Ops Panel Problem
Kinda sounds like Windows 7 when it was still in beta. Updates fixed the Windows 7 problem, maybe firmware updates will fix your's.But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

Re: 250ci Ops Panel Problem
so after it goes into power save mode, you can't turn it back on with the PS button, and it won't turn off/on with the power button on the display? And you can use the Power Save when its on?I must have a prodigious quantity of mind; it takes me as much as a week sometimes to make it up - Mark TwainComment

Re: 250ci Ops Panel Problem
I'll get flack for this, but I'd try lower firmware, say 9.01
Just because there are newer versions of the firmware doesn't make then bug-free.
If it's functioning, I'd wait for the next event. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
