    [Error Code] Kyocera FS-C2126MFP error msg

    Has anyone seen an error message like this: This printed out after it printed 1 copy of the print job:

    Symptom: Only one copy was printed while more than one copy was required.
    Cause: RAM disk was full or not activated.
    Remedy: Activate or increase RAM disk.

    It does not have the addtional RAM upgrade of 1 Gb which is required to turn RAM disk ON.

    BUT it should be able to print more than 1 copy of a 1 pg print job!

      I think that I'd try some FRPO changes. Specifically send this PreScribe command:

      !R! FRPO S7,1; FRPO S6,200;EXIT;

      which breaks down as:
      S7,1: RAM Disk Enabled
      S6,200: Amount of Memory allocated for RAM Disk 200MB

      You can designate anywhere from 0 to 1024MB of the available memory for RAM Disk.

      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

          Tech Bulletin TB1 states that no RAM disk w/o adding 1 Gb memory. I asked tech supt about it too. I guess I will update firmware to latest.

              Updating Firmware seems to have fixed the problem.
