    TASKalfa 400ci Finisher JAM 00

    TASKalfa 400ci Finisher JAM 00 at start up, no paper in finisher, checked / swapped sensors, replaced Finisher Board - no change. It's one of those small Finishers.



    Anyone had this problem before please?

              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  That is only for the B/W machines, we cut a piece of reg roller cleaning brush and stick on the door post that pushes on the bypass transport unit. I suspect one of the door switches isn"t making good contact

                              Can you check simulation 31 and 241 to see witch sensor is faulty try main firmware update Pack and the option Pack.
