If yor optics are clean as iceberg water,than lower your dev bias to default and to the following.
Take dev.unit out. take toner sensor out of the dev unit. Empty all old toner, Vacumclean all remaining toner, Clean up the dev roller with ISO propyl alcohol. Put it all back together, slap it in to machine, go to service mode U130 START this will fill the dev with new tonwr, wait 5 minutes until toner level sets or Toner sensor comes with 1.
or
change dev. unit for new one. and to the U130 and you good to go.
