KM5030 Print board DIMM KP-893-A and KP-893-B what is the difference?

I have 2 print boards for KM5030, one is showing c0420 when DIMM KP-893-A was installed. I am a bit scared to put the other KP-893-B which is functional to the C0420 board..

any suggestions, i can't afford to loose this board but also desperate for fix of the one with error C0420
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?

I don't have a manual for that one, but C0420 on other machines is a communication error with the Paper Feeder (cassette base). It should be unrelated to the print card. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Well the C0240 code is printer communication, but I can't advise you about whether the other printer board will be compatible. =^..^=
