[Misc] KM-3035 mostly grey around the edges and streaks, keeps coming back.

Your help will be most appreciated.

I have a KM-3035 that has just started producing mostly solid grey prints with a jaggaed section in the middle not grey. Wierd thing is when I open the doors and blow out with compressed air, it is fine for a few sheets, then comes back.

Any ideas? I really need this old thing to work until I can afford somethig else.

Just for future reference, the compressed air is not helping, and can be harmful if used incorrectly. You can blow toner onto the slit glass or into the laser unit where it is difficult to clean. And you can freeze sensors into malfunctioning.

Charge problems usually present after multiple copies. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
