    C-2000

Taskalfa 520i spitting out C-2000 error code. According to tech that was on site its a drive motor problem, paper stuck at exit section. Going to c problem myself. Had similar problem with Voyager E series solution was to change fuser motor. Going with fuser motor exit section fuser unit and latest firmware any other suggestions?

I haven't experienced any exit drive drive problems, and I've got FalconIII machines over 1.5M

What print count? Have you done any disassembly to look for sticky bushings, shifting rubber rollers, or warped plastic guides?
That's my guess anyway. Let us know what you find. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Like he said.

I have had 2000 codes on the Falcon. It was a problem with the drum unit. You could take the drum unit out and make sure everything is turning smoothly.
