I haven't had any problems with this model yet, but I have had this exact problem on a 500ci. After going through a mess of troubleshooting that included Kyocera it turned out to be the HDD.
Also never hurts to check the connections on the engine board to make sure nothing slipped during shipping.

I had this very thing happen on a 4500i. Lucky my rep came in. The harness that comes from the op panel was the first issue. Had a pinched wire right in the turn behind the panel. We had to end up replacing the op panel and the main pcb. The wire was open and wiped out everything. Good thing for warranty, right.
Had this problem on a 3500i. It would hang there on Welcome screen then come up with an F000 code. Firmware would never load. Turns out, reseating the connectors and the DIMM, solved the problem.
