Try taking the print board out, take the memory and dimm off the board, and clean the contacts with an eraser. If the board is really dusty, clean out all the connections with canned air, or the like. Make sure the connector on the back of the print controller is seating fully with the main board. Re-flash the firmware for the print controller. If the firmware fails to load, you may have a bad controller. Though if it fails the first time, I would try re-formatting the CF card and trying again. I have had firmware fail, but work fine after a re-format.

The F-DIMM can be the problem if the information it contains has become corrupt. There is also a heat pad under the IC with the heatsink. Often the silicone it contains seeps through the board and causes problems with the IC's. The F-DIMM can be ordered from KMA and should cost between $60 and 80.

All good points but one. I don't use canned air around electrical components anymore, because I've seen inadvertent damage by freezing. I've started using the Giottos Air Rocket. Rocket-air
I've been using it for the last year and it works great, with no risk of freezing components.
Personally I think it's going to come down to the print controller, but these are great steps leading you in the right direction. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Neat! I'm gonna take a look at that when I get back to the office.I don't carry canned air myself. Like I tell my customers, don't blow dust out of you electronics unless you know where its going. I find a brush, a cloth & a little breath works as well.
