I've looked at your documents. I see a couple problems.

The scans tend to hide the problem, but on the color status page I'm seeing jitter lines crossfeed that are not present on the black print. I suspect that you've got a seizing cyan or magenta developing unit.

The background towards one end of the page, and the fading toward the other end is all part of the same effect. It seems to affect all the colors equally.

I think the way I'd start working on this problem is to run U089 gray test patterns in each color. I suspect that you'll find that the cyan pattern shows the jitter. Whichever color shows the blur, replace the developing unit of that color. Run the U089 gray test patterns again. If the jitter is gone, now look for patterns of light areas at 38mm intervals. This is an indication for the primary charge roller of the appropriate color. Replace that primary charge roller.

Now perform a color calibration. How does it look now?
Can you include scans of the U089 gray test patterns?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I think transfer roller issue. Looks like the transfer roller doesn't make an even contact with the transfer belt.

I thought of that too but once the jitter is gone, I suspect that the calibration will fix the rest.

Plus I've never had to do anything with the secondary transfer. I'll be interested in how that turns out. =^..^=
