    [Error Code] C3C50 on a KM-C3130

I have a customer that is getting this code now nearly daily. It is not in the manual, but I thought I had heard in the past that this was the "counterfeit" code. Though I may be thinking of a different error. The code comes back almost every morning, it gets reset, and the machine runs fine all day. I have replaced the main board already. Is anyone familiar with this one?

Isn't this a Monica rebadge? Sorry, I haven't had to work on those. Well, not that sorry ... =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You're right,it is a countfeit code.upgrade firmware and if that doesn't fix it,there is a board under the glass that has couple of ribbon cables and 3 or 4 other connectors underneath a metal plate i forget what it is called.
