Hello All....
Currently trying to troubleshoot a copy quality issue when scanning thru the DP, the top part of the image (about 3inches comes out wavy). It was initially jamming, I changed the worn rollers but still cannot figure it out. It`s a fairly new machine (not that it means anything) so I`m taking out a possible bad switch issue. Could there be an obstruction that I can`t find? I know the users are pretty rough w/it...can it be a tweak somewhere with the alignment of the DP? If i give it a little twist, it works temporarily, then once I lift up the feeder, it resorts back to that little wave on the top. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank u!!
