I have a fairly fresh 6500i that skews most of the 8 1/2 X 11 booklets it makes. They are three pages stapled and the rear cover usually overlaps the front cover at the top 2 to 3 millimeters. Has anyone found a Macguyver like tweak to fix skew of the fold on these newer book makers. Watching it function without the catch tray in place, it appears that the packet settles nicely into the lower guide.

Re: CS 6500i folding skew
I've never done it, but perhaps you've got an adjustment for the side guides in the saddle stitcher? When all the pages are in the stitcher, the side guides pull up tight, it staples, then the knife presses the booklet through the folding rollers.
If the pages are not perfectly stacked before the staple, they won't be straight in the finished booklet. Let us know what you find. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
