    KM-3060 CF423

    KM-3060 CF423 error even after replacing the Fax kit. The error occurs only when receiving faxes. No problem transmitting. Any ideas, please?

    Component: FaxJob. Category: FaxSys. The error came back when accessing (obtaining data, setting data) to below Entity related: job_ent(JobModel,JobInfo), config_ent, reservation, account(certificate), document_box.

    I don't know what it means either. But I'd start by removing the fax, and reloading the firmware. Then install the new fax, and reload firmware a second time. It's roundabout, but seems to work in these situations. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Fax System the Error mean's : Wrong data or value detected when the following function is used. Or poor contact at fax card due to mus-installation or The IF error detects during system authentication from ACT_Account_Manager ...yes remove fax system then update firm ware as blackcat say's good luck ..

        I know it's and old post but how did you solve this?
        We have exactly the same problem in a KM-5050 (have also replaced the Fax Sys).

            Although the machine is 8 years old it was not the HDD or the Board. Replacing the RAM fixed the problem.
