KM-4030 paper size problem

Hi, I would like to ask for some solution on KM-4030.
The setting of the machine is:

U035 330 x 210
U217 8.5x13 ON
U252 Europe

Tray 1 - 11x8.5
Tray 2 - 8.5x11
Tray 3 - Folio
Tray 4 - A3

I place an original (11x8.5 size) on platen glass and select tray 1. When printing starts I've notice on the screen that A4 is displayed on the panel. (see attached image). So now when i compare the output copy to the original, they are not not the same. Same thing happen on Tray 2, [no problem on Tray 3 (using Folio as original & Tray 4 using A3 as original) ]. I also tried using ADF. Is there any program or adjustment that I should do?

I tried to change U252 to Inch Type then my problem is solved!!!

BUT!!!.....
my problem now is on Tray 3 because the size now on the panel is 8.5x14 (we only use Folio which is 8.5x13) also tray 4 turns to 11x17 , It also indicates an error on panel when used as Printer. Any adjustments on these?

I also tried using Japan and Asia Pacific on U252 but still no luck. Hope anyone can help me on this.

Not sure but hope this helps. Two steps to this problem.

First, Output size, do the following:
1. Press the Default Setting/Counter button
2. Press the Machine Default button
3. Enter Pin # (USA = 6482)
4. Select Paper Size (1st Cassette)
5. Press the Change # button
6. Select Standard Sizes button
7. Select the paper size you wish to output. You can choose inch or metric, mix and match.
Repeat steps 4-7 for any additional paper cassettes you wish to change.

Second step, Input Size, do the following:
1. From Touchscreen select User Choice tab
2. Select Size Orig button
3. Choose original size

Done! Life is Good!
