Agreed. If the laser slit glasses are continuing to get contaminated with toner, either 1) the color developers are severely overtoned, or 2) you've got one or more cleaning units that is not transporting the waste toner away properly.

In the first case 1) you can tell by checking U131 > Auto. Replace any developing units differing from the reference by 25 points or more.
In the second case 2) check that the vertical guide unit B1 is closed properly, the green handles and springs and clips intact, and that the bevel gears are not jumping in the hopper assembly. Once you solve the cause, you may have to replace one or more drum units contaminated with toner rocks in the cleaning unit.

In either case you'll have to perform a color calibration afterwards. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
