I need help !!!!! See attachment ...

We have already changed the TR-865 and we have updated the firmware to version 12 but I've not solved the problem ... Any Ideas ???

I would look for maybe paper near/underneath the transfer belt. Has any of the developers been changed? I forgot to remove one of the plastic inserts in the developer and got similar results.

Run a belt pattern in main. mode 089. See what it looks like.

Exactly. Let's see the U089 Gray patterns in each color. I can't tell much from the color registration page. Were you able to improve the color registration from that page? =^..^=

Check the transfer belt cleaning ass'y, it may have eaten some paper.

is any of the developer filter installed incorrectly? You get them when you recieve new DLP from the factory, its tricky to make them fit. If its installed incorrectly, it will touch the belt some what.

replace the drum units and developer units and run all neccessary adjustments. machine has three year bumper to bumper warranty.....
