We have an intermittent problem with a 500ci (example attached). It seems to only happen through the MP Tray when printing labels. Have not been able to reproduce the issue with plain paper through the MP Tray; however, it is intermittent, so I cannot say 100% that the "label" setting plays a part. Machine on/off seems to clear the problem.

Interesting. Can you reproduce the problem at all? If it is indeed connected to a particular media type, you could try firmware. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

got a call regarding image missing on prints. got to the place, print using MS word/Paint then Avery. Avery couldnt print worth sh17.
If all the software produces no problem(other than some adobe files, depend on the alignment of the Moon and Saturn) and only Avery produce error like this.

It could be a bad MP drive assy....
Had the same issue a few months ago with a Kyo C2525E.
This unit drives also the Transfer belt.Comment
