What jam codes? And if you don't know how to get jam codes, start by buying a manual. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yeah man , the jam code will tell lots of information. The best we can probably say is check your sensors in the duplex path.

Hey,got this before, our suppliers chief engineer told us to take out the exit section, there is a plate behind the solenoid.Loosen the two screws on the plate a half turn to prevent the gate from sticking when it heats up.Worked a treat for us so far.

hey thats great that they are going to modify the exit unit. My only concern is that everyone seems to think its sticking because of the plate behind the solenoid. This is what ive come across

The exit frame is warping because of the the old fuser unit. If you shave the collar on the plastic shaft of the guide down this will get you by until your replacement unit comes in.
