Checksum Error F010 on Taskalfa 181/221

Hi did FW upgrade and print board is giving me this msg when printer button is pressed. Copy and Scan functions are OK.

Cheers for any fast feedback, I am with clients machine on site --stress ...

What is the best way to upgrade FW on Print board as the CF card with Printer FW does not get recognized by the Machine and my next question is can I slot it in the Print Board CF slot to do the FW upgrade that way? Cheers

I would suspect your firmware is corrupt or the wrong model. Should always work from flashcard.Have you used that flashcard before successfully?

Glad you figured it out, I write text files in my firmware folders as a reminder of how to do each firmware...flashcard, USB or IB ver...what slot it goes in.....which firmware gets installed first...The older technology is a PITA to figure out
