    KM-3050 - Duplex Scanner Problem.

    Printer Model is KM-3050

    My problem is that while I am Scanning Duplex its Scan fine in First page but in Second Page there is a Cyan background.

      Is the DP single or dual scan? If it is dual scan, you might have to clean the cis glass.

          Start by powering Off, then securing the lower DP cable for the second side CIS. It's really common to have that connector loose, or slammed into a wall damaging the connector, or just connecting poorly. It could be a bad CIS, but check the cables and connectors first. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
